Eligibility:
- The hackathon is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
- Teams can consist of 1–5 members. All team members must be registered participants.
- Participants can be students, professionals, or independent developers with a valid Devpost account.

Project Requirements:
- All projects must be original and created during the hackathon timeframe. Pre-existing projects or code are not allowed.
- Any external libraries, APIs, or open-source tools used must be properly credited and abide by their respective licenses.

Development Period:
- Projects must be coded, designed, and completed within the hackathon period (November 23, 2024).
- Teams can work on planning, brainstorming, and research before the hackathon begins but coding must start at the event's kickoff.

Submission Requirements:
- All submissions must be completed and uploaded on Devpost by the set deadline.
- Submissions must include a demo video, project description, and GitHub repository link as outlined in the submission requirements.

Ownership and IP Rights:
- Participants retain ownership of their projects. However, by participating, you agree to allow the organizers to use your project for promotional purposes.
- Ensure your project does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Judging Criteria:
- Projects will be evaluated based on creativity, technical complexity, relevance to the theme (AI for social good), and potential impact.
- Judges’ decisions are final.

Code of Conduct:
- All participants must adhere to the hackathon’s Code of Conduct, which promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, and offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Examples of prohibited behavior include (but are not limited to):
- Verbal or written abuse of any participant, organizer, sponsor, or attendee.
- Inappropriate use of language or imagery, including in presentations and submissions.
- Any violation of the Code of Conduct may result in disqualification and removal from the event at the discretion of the organizers.

Use of AI and Data:
- If using datasets, ensure they are publicly available or legally usable for your project.
- Projects must be aligned with ethical AI guidelines, promoting fairness and avoiding bias.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment:
- Harassment in any form is not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive comments related to gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other personal characteristics.
- Any participant found violating these principles may be expelled from the hackathon and reported as necessary.

Complaint and Incident Reporting:
- If you experience or witness any inappropriate behavior, report it to the hackathon organizers immediately.
- Organizers are available to provide support and assistance in addressing any incidents.
